Pineapple, rosemary gin & tonic
- 50 ml gin
- 150 ml tonic
- 1 piece dried pineapple
- 1 lime juiced
- 2 rosemary sprigs
- 1 pinch salt
- Ice to serve
- In a cup add some ice then gin and pineapple.
- Squeeze in one lime, add salt and top with tonic.
- Let the pineapple infuse for 5 minutes and garnish with rosemary sprig to serve.
