Look familiar? That’s because this site, Pinspire, is an almost exact replica of the ever-growing Pinterest.
What do you think? Should they be able to get away with setting up something like this? Will it fail? Is Pinterest established enough now to survive the copycats? Love to hear your thoughts.

No way, that is definitely a direct copy, and they shouldn’t be allowed to rip someone off so blatantly.
That is a direct copy! Legally speaking they may be able to “copy” Pintrest but from a market point of view, why would the target market sign up to accounts at two exact same websites? I have a Pintrest account, I am not sure I need another Pinspire account. Does it offer something that Pintrest doesn’t? I think this will determine its success or failure.
