Australian design studio Laidback Lee Design have announced an exclusive new collaboration with boutique textile label Marlow & Finch. Drift is a limited collection of custom bedheads and bolsters that celebrates timeless craftsmanship and signature detailing.
Drift brings together the refined, laidback aesthetic Laidback Lee Design is known for, with Marlow & Finch’s artisanal approach to textiles. The collection features generously upholstered bedheads with distinctive piping details and matching bolsters, designed to elevate the everyday bedroom into a relaxed, curated sanctuary.
“We wanted to create pieces that feel thoughtful yet effortless — the kind of bedroom essentials that anchor a space but still allow personality to shine through,” says Stephanie Ferrara, founder of Laidback Lee Design. “The burgundy piping, textured fabrics, and subtle curves are signature details that speak to our collaborative approach to design.”
The Drift collection will roll out in curated snippets over the coming weeks, with the official launch on 14 August, 2025. Customers can expect a carefully crafted palette of earthy and muted tones, luxurious tactile finishes, and a made-to-order philosophy that ensures each piece feels unique.
