The Better Homes and Gardens Creator Awards 2026 winners have been announced, celebrating Australia’s most inspiring creators, innovators and community builders across craft, DIY, design, gardening, food and sustainability.
Unveiled at the State Library of New South Wales over the weekend in partnership with Etsy, the awards brought together some of the country’s most passionate creators to recognise creativity, connection and impact.

Now in its second year, the Better Homes and Gardens Creator Awards continue to spotlight the individuals shaping culture and inspiring Australians at home, with winners recognised across six core categories: Art & Design, Craft & DIY, Garden & Environment, Food, Sustainability, and the People’s Choice Award.
The 2026 winners, including Interiors Addict favourite Lucy Gough, will be featured in an upcoming issue of Better Homes and Gardens magazine, on sale on 7 May.
Megan Osborne, editor of Better Homes and Gardens, said the program continues to play a key role in how the brand evolves and connects with audiences.
“These awards recognise creators who are not only incredibly talented, but who are building loyal communities, sharing practical knowledge and inspiring Australians to get creative in their own homes and lives,” Megan said.

This was their second year I think, Adela!
A well-deserved win for Emma, Jake, and all the category leaders. Having been in the Environmental Services industry for decades, we’ve seen how ‘connection with place’ (as Lachlan Moore puts it) is the foundation of any successful project. Whether it’s home DIY or professional-grade pollution control, it’s the commitment to quality and the environment that stands out. Looking forward to seeing the full features in the May issue
