As the country’s first lifestyle luxury hotel from the globally renowned Mondrian brand, the new Mondrian Gold Coast opening in June, offers expansive rooms—twice the size of the average hotel room in Australia.
A vibrant dining precinct features a lively all-day Italian restaurant, a lobby bar, seafood restaurant, and energetic pool club, while an innovative bio-wellness spa and striking event spaces set the stage for a future icon, all designed to capture the dynamic spirit of Burleigh.
The hotel aims to give travellers an authentic connection to the Southern Gold Coast region, which is renowned for its relaxed rhythm. Rising amidst Burleigh’s eclectic cultural landscape, a beloved area for locals and visitors alike, the hotel embraces the unpretentious, cool and thriving community vibe.
The 208-room hotel offers a selection of accommodation options, each with views of the Pacific Ocean, Burleigh headland, or the verdant hinterland. Generously appointed studios are perfect for couples, while the one and two-bedroom suites feature full kitchens, open-plan living and dining areas, laundry, and bedrooms with ensuites, offering a more spacious alternative. Additionally, two-and three-bedroom homes provide a harmonious blend of sophistication and comfort, with abundant space, expansive living and dining areas, alfresco entertaining, ensuite bedrooms, laundry, a powder room, and views over the Pacific Ocean—ideal for families and groups.
The two and three-bedroom beach houses offer an exceptional elevated beachside living experience. Set across two floors, each one features a plunge pool and terrace with beach access from the esplanade, along with a full kitchen, living area, dining for up to 12 people, and laundry amenities. They can also be seamlessly combined to create a five-bedroom beach house, perfect for families and larger groups.
On the 24th floor, the very top, is the Sky House. It features three king-sized bedrooms with ensuites, entertainment spaces, a private chef’s kitchen, a mixologist-ready bar, powder room, an ocean-facing terrace, and views of South Stradbroke Island to Burleigh Headland – which you can gaze upon through five-metre-high windows.
The hotel has been specifically designed to accommodate weddings, conferences, meetings, product launches and unique events across four levels.
