Whilst not totally unexpected, the response to the 2025 Pantone Colour of the Year, Mocha Mousse, has not exactly been rapturous. We were among the cynics but looking at these all-brown walls painted in Dulux’s finest iterations, we’re starting to come around to the idea.
Warm brown shades have come back in a big way within fashion and interiors, as was revealed in last year’s Dulux Colour Forecast and has continued into 2025. Dulux’s closest shade to Mocha Mousse is Tan Wagon (pictured below).
Similar tones include Auburn Flaire, Clay Court and Terracotta Chip which feature in this year’s Dulux Colour Forecast 2025 palettes. These nurturing tones exude a comforting and nostalgic atmosphere throughout the home.
