Set in Kellyville in Sydney’s North West, this modern architectural home was designed and built for a young family of five seeking a space that felt grounded and calm, yet architecturally bold.

From the street, linear steelwork and a low-lying base give the home a strong, confident presence, while natural light and a restrained palette soften the interiors and invite a sense of ease.
The design responds closely to how the family lives, balancing retreat and connection across a sloping site. Open-plan family zones sit in harmony with more private upstairs spaces, offering quiet moments without sacrificing spatial clarity. Floating stairs, brushed copper accents, and green-veined marble introduce sculptural contrast, while boucle, concrete, and tonal textures lend warmth and tactility throughout.
