Kanzi apple pie smoothie
Delicious as a dessert but also healthy, it's the perfect sweet treat!
Ingredients
- 2 KANZI apples cored and roughly chopped
- 2 bananas frozen and sliced
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1/2 cup plain, unsweetened Greek yoghurt
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1 tsp maple syrup (optional)
- 1 cup ice (adjust as necessary)
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. For a thicker consistency, add extra ice and/or frozen banana.ย
- Taste and add maple syrup if desired.ย
Notes
Any dairy or plant-based milk will work in this recipe. Marie recommends almond or oat milk.ย
