Built with purpose and powered by generosity, the 2025 Home for a Cure is now complete – opening its doors tomorrow (Saturday 9 August) to raise life-changing funds for children’s cancer through My Room.

Built by Henley Homes on land generously donated by Satterley Property Group, the Lennon 355-D38, located in the Botanical Mickleham Estate, is a stunning family home built with purpose. All proceeds from its upcoming auction will be donated to My Room Children’s Cancer Charity, helping fund critical clinical care, family support services, and research into rare and aggressive childhood cancers.
This marks the third Home for a Cure delivered by Henley Homes, in partnership with Satterley and My Room – a collaboration that has raised millions for children and families battling cancer. It is also part of Henley’s broader philanthropic commitment, having delivered 83 charity homes over 33 years, raising more than $39.5 million globally for community causes.

Satterley Property Group has proudly partnered with Home For A Cure since 2018, generously donating eight land lots. Their ongoing commitment to social impact and community wellbeing has been central to the success of these projects – turning generosity into life-changing outcomes for families affected by cancer.
The Lennon 355-D38, part of Henley’s Mainvue Collection, is a 38 – square double-storey design set on a 412m² block, crafted for modern family living and entertaining. It features:
- Four oversized bedrooms, each with its own ensuite
- Ground-floor guest suite with walk-in robe and private ensuite
- Expansive open-plan kitchen, dining and living zones
- Butler’s pantry, first floor leisure room and outdoor alfresco
- A striking architectural void offering volume and light
- A 7-star energy rating, with double-glazed windows and energy-efficient appliances
- Fully landscaped.

Ben Griffiths, general manager, Completed Homes, Henley Homes, said: “The Home for a Cure is one of the most meaningful projects Henley gets involved in. This home is a blend of thoughtful design, craftsmanship and community. From the entire Henley team, we give a huge shout out to the volunteer trades and suppliers who have donated their time and resources in making this amazing build a reality.”
Jack Hoffman, general manager Victoria and Queensland at Satterley, says: “It’s a privilege for Satterley to be involved once again with Home for a Cure. This initiative brings out the best in the industry – from our partners, our teams, the volunteer trades and suppliers, as well as the broader community. We are incredibly proud to contribute land for such an important cause and look forward to seeing strong interest at the open for inspections.”

Margaret Zita, CEO, My Room Children’s Cancer Charity, said: “This beautiful home represents the power of community to make a real difference. Every dollar raised from its auction will help us provide essential support to families facing the unimaginable. That includes emotional counselling, financial relief, clinical care roles and world-leading research. We are so grateful to Henley and Satterley for standing beside us in the fight against childhood cancer.”
The auction will take place on Saturday 6 September 2025, giving one family the opportunity to secure a home that not only delivers on design but also gives back in the most powerful way possible.
