Australian Interior Design Awards announce 2025 shortlist

The Australian Interior Design Awards are back for 2025. In their 22nd year, the esteemed program has announced a shortlist of 195 entries, acknowledging works across residential, commercial and public sectors. Standing as the pinnacle of Australia’s industry-based design accolades, the Australian Interior Design Awards celebrate interior design excellence both nationally and internationally.

The Australian Interior Design Awards for 2025 are presented by the Design Institute of Australia and Architecture Media’s InteriorsAu. This year’s shortlist includes an incredible collection of projects that push the boundaries of design and creativity. The Awards showcase the evolution of the Australian design industry as it continues to deliver innovative, thoughtful and vibrant projects.

The full list of awarded and commended projects will be presented at the Gala Presentation Dinner, which will be held at Sofitel in Melbourne on Friday 6 June 2025.
