Just in time for some Christmas shopping, The Big Design Market is back again from 4-to-6 December, bringing Melbournites a healthy range of independent Australian and international design.
Located at the Royal Exhibition Building, there’ll be over 230 stallholders across homewares, textiles, stationery, fashion, lifestyle and kids products to see. Did I mention there’s also a new champagne bar and an outdoor bike testing track? Try not to try those two out together.
Talents include Beci Orpin (Arro Home), Bridget Bodenham ceramics and Volker Haug bespoke lighting, as well as a few newcomers. The market will also feature a spectacular installation from Emily Green under the dome of the Royal Exhibition Building.
Entry to The Big Design Market is just $2, and free for kids 12 and under.
