Kanzi apple pie smoothie
Delicious as a dessert but also healthy, it's the perfect sweet treat!

Ingredients

KANZI apples
cored and roughly chopped

bananas
frozen and sliced

tsp
cinnamon
1/4
tsp
nutmeg
1/2
cup
almond milk
1/2
cup
plain, unsweetened Greek yoghurt

tsp
pure vanilla extract
1
tsp
maple syrup
(optional)
1
cup
ice
(adjust as necessary)
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. For a thicker consistency, add extra ice and/or frozen banana.
Taste and add maple syrup if desired.
Notes
Any dairy or plant-based milk will work in this recipe. Marie recommends almond or oat milk.
