Kanzi apple pie smoothie

Delicious as a dessert but also healthy, it's the perfect sweet treat!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 KANZI apples cored and roughly chopped
  • 2 bananas frozen and sliced
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 cup plain, unsweetened Greek yoghurt
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp maple syrup (optional)
  • 1 cup ice (adjust as necessary)

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. For a thicker consistency, add extra ice and/or frozen banana. 
  • Taste and add maple syrup if desired. 

Notes

Any dairy or plant-based milk will work in this recipe. Marie recommends almond or oat milk.
