rosemary sprigs

Ice
to serve
Instructions
In a cup add some ice then gin and pineapple.
Squeeze in one lime, add salt and top with tonic.
Let the pineapple infuse for 5 minutes and garnish with rosemary sprig to serve.
Notes
Don't forget to eat the pineapple when you finish drinking!
