  • 1 Heaped tbs The Wholefoods Refillery Not Tella Spread
  • 1 Frozen banana
  • 2 pitted dates
  • 1/2 tsp cacao powder
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 Handful ice

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients in a blender.
  • Blend until desired consistency.
  • Serve and enjoy!
