Slow cooked blueberry porridge

groats
(whole oat grains)

water

milk of your choice

tbsp
apple cider vinegar or kombucha

maple syrup

vanilla paste or essences
To Serve:
Knob of butter
Pinch
salt

frozen blueberries

cup
shredded coconut
toasted

Instructions
Pop everything in the slow cooker but the serving ingredients. Give it a good stir and cook on low for eight hours.
In the morning go ahead and toast your coconut. While you're doing that, stir your porridge and have a taste. It might need a touch more milk.
Serve your porridge with all the yummy sides.
Notes
If you can't find oat groats, use whole oats and cook for 4-hours on low and let it flick over to the keep-warm function.
