We are seeking a dynamic, commercially driven E-Commerce and store manager to drive and grow the brand to meet sales and conversion goals. You will have end to end accountability for strategies and implementation. You will work harmoniously with cross functional teams to execute the brand strategy.
The key responsibilities of the role will include:
Developing website strategies to achieve sales budgets and margin goals
Developing the digital marketing and PR strategy in conjunction shareholders
Co-ordinate creative development of image, content, features, promotions and landing pages within the website to drive product sales in collaboration with buyers and planner and creative teams
Manage the day to day running of the bricks and mortar store
Daily site and store maintenance
Build and maintain working relationships with key industry leaders
In store merchandising to the highest standards
Have the initiative to develop strategies to take the brand and business to the peak of the industry
This is a critical role in a fast moving business, we need a driven individual with the ability to work autonomously in a complex, matrix organisation.
The ideal candidate will bring the following skills and experience:
3-5 years experience working in e-Commerce and bricks and mortar type entities
Establishing, maintaining and developing outstanding customer service.
Reaching targets and KPI
Maintaining and increasing sales of your company’s products
Experience with lifestyle, home or fashion retail categories
Demonstrated experience in managing.
Extensive web analytics skills, with demonstrated proficiency in Google Analytics
Strong business acumen and financial proficiency, analytical and business planning skills
Excellent relationship building skills and strong written and verbal communication
Demonstrated knowledge of website technology and development
